this time, the price going crazy..
actually cyberjaya new project's price are all crazy now.
for Domain 4, there are 4 types
Type A: 1 bedrooms. 599 sqft. 2 sqft less than domain 3.
price starts from 239K
Type B: 2 bedrooms. 753 sqft.
Price starts from 290K
Type C: Studio unit. 549 sqft. less 1 sqft from Domain 3.
Price starts from 223K
Type G: Duplex. (wahh.. duplex return to neocyber... )
Price starts from 255K
There are 7% Bumi discount for the first 48 units and early bird discount of 3K. However, early bird is not available for duplex unit.
The price is a big increased form the last Domain 3 launching price.
However, if you compare the price per sqft, Domain 4 is still cheap compared to Garden Plaza, Shaftsbury and the record breaking expensive, D'Pulze.

agak2 2013 nanti ada unit yg tak laku utk sewa....
yg paling murah Symphony Park...starting 120K...tu yg agak muskil sebab lain2 sumer mahal2 belaka
mmg byk property baru naik.. baik apartment, soho, kedai dan bangunan pejabat.
nampak kenaikannya setara.
jgn lupa, shopping complex pun dah nak naik. ada desas desus kata tgv nak masuk.
kita tgk la nanti macamana..
symphony park pulak, ada market dia sendiri. utk low budget income.
esp local people yg kerja kat pejabat2 di cyberjaya.. esp lhdn nnt.
student local pun mungkin tak perlu sewa di sri kembangan lagi..
bg pendapat peribadi saya, owner rumah di sri kembangan dan puchong yg penyewanya student di cyberjaya yg perlu risau 2013 nnt
sy rasa SK still jadi pilihan student/ pekerja dr cyber & putra sebab lebih murah berbanding cyber
btw sy pun pindah dari cyber ke SK sebab sewa 1 bilik kat cyber boleh sewa 1 rumah kat SK...huhu

sewa kat sri kembangan esp kawasan equine mmg murah. tu sbb saya pernah advice sorg member jgn beli apartment kat sana utk investment unless dpt harga below market value.
